My father Walter Goldston #0149030, was wrongfully convicted and charged with First Degree Murder and framed by DA Michael Nifong & 
SBI Eugene Bishop & Attorney James A Crouch back in 1995 in Durham North Carolina. At the time my father was at the wrong place, at the wrong time. My father have several several affidavits, dated and stamped by the notary from his co-defender stating that my father didn’t have nothing to do with it and was unaware of the crime, and he still hasn’t been released. My father should’ve never went to prison. He already served 30yrs, he is innocent like many many others.  He never had a appeal.  My father don’t deserve to die in prison for something that he didn’t do. I feel that everybody that Michael Nifong & SBI Eugene Bishop & Attorney James A Crouch convicted cases needs to be reopen and review again.
