As someone who has experienced firsthand the devastating effects of judicial corruption. I already won this case. But the conduct of the courts were so Unconstitutional it has lead to a void judgment. I am raising this petition to bring about the removal of four Federal Court Judges who have been exploiting their positions to protect big corporations at the expense of victims seeking justice. I personally filed a lawsuit against Kroger on the grounds of age discrimination with race discrimination being a motivating factor and retaliation being included as a mixed motive. Kroger submitted fraudulent documents in its defense against me as evidence. Of course I exposed them but both the District Court and the Court of Appeals blatantly disregarded the fraud and ruled in favor of Kroger. The Due Process Clause held by the 5th and 14th Amendments guarantees us equal protection, equal treatment of the law. So, if someone else had fraud that they exposed in their case and it was overturned in an appeal, then I have the same right. Especially since the 5th Circuit Judges in my case admitted to using the fraudulent evidence as it's only evidentiary justification for ruling against me, I too have a right under those Amendments to have my case overturned.

The Judges in question are Judge Hanks of the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and 5th Circuit Appeals Court Judges Davis, Southwick, and Stewart. They are attacking victims of big corporations who faced some type of injustice. Acting like they are attorneys for these corrupt CEO's instead of neutral arbitrators of the law.  Their actions undermine public trust in our judicial system and erode the fundamental principles upon which it is built.

The corruption of these four Judges is a threat to all who seek fair and impartial justice. Tolerance of this behavior reinforces the dangerous precedent that big corporations can influence our courts and get away with unlawful acts. It's time to remind these officials that they are appointed to serve justice, not to shield transgressors from it.

No one should live in fear of being denied their constitutional right to a fair trial due to corporate influence or corrupt judges. Demand the removal of these judges and sign this petition. Our pursuit of justice and the integrity of our judicial system depend on it.
