Our team, under the 'heading' of "Bay Area Radio Associates" has produced an intro/summary document and survey to solicit support from city, county and state law enforcement officials. The basis of such support can be similar to stated in the head of the petition - that two-way radio use has not been, is not now nor anticipated to be a specific safety risk, and essentially not based on findings, not an enforcement priority. We need those who worked with served-agencies to carry this discussion and survey forward to those agencies, and have it returned to us. It will be a necessary significant part of our discussions with the Assembly. A link to the document is below.
