They spent £75,000 just recently - £75,000 - to a consultancy company called ‘Thinking Places’ (in Lancashire), asking them to come up with ideas to revitalise the Cornish Economy.
The report duly came back recommending the Council advertise its beaches, ‘Poldark’ (and its connections), Cornish pasties, and to stir up a bit of debate about which goes first ‘jam or cream’!
