Well, if you wanted some good news about Cornwall, look away now!
Below are a number of articles relating to the catastrophic Cornwall Council policies on unsustainable development, massive debt mismanagement, fat cat management & cronyism, unaffordable homes, environmental armageddon - yes, your kids are already breathing toxic air... daily, in Gunnislake, Truro, Camborne-Pool-Redruth, St. Austell, Tideford, Camelford, Grampound, Launceston & Bodmin (Holmbush and Highertown in Truro are two of the most toxic places to live in the UK). Remember, you heard it here first: according to our chief of planning, Phil Mason, and councillor Bob "the builder" Egerton ( Cabinet Member for Planning and economy, and councillor for Probus, Tregony and Grampound), you can build as many new homes (and garages) as you like, because there is no causal link between new homes and traffic increases... because "houses don't drive cars, people do"...
Wow! Good job we pay these people well to run our affairs!!
We hope you enjoy the ride; thanks to the various sources highlighted for their input:
