We the students and parents of Corning Community College, and supporters of a higher education and the security of future generations are protesting CCC's decision to close it's child care center.

The center is of great use and convenience to the parents attending the College. Many are financially burdened and taxed and rely on such a service to relieve the stress brought on by attending College.

The decision of closing such a service both contradicts the purpose of an education and the many public statements made by College officials of wanting to help students receive an education in our ever growing economy and difficult society by hindering the option of real-world experience to those seeking to educate themselves in the realm of child care.

We the parents, both current and future, students of Corning Community College, and supporters of an education and professional child care are signing this petition demanding that Corning Community College keep the center open for current and future students that have children.
