Settlement period to be added by law for pet Rehoming

Happy New Year !!

Received update from Blacktown council and expecting similar response from Sutherland Shire council. This matter will be taken care by Community of Justice. Have written to them as well. Also reported matter to Fair Trading, considering pets are primarily covered under Products and Services category. 

Yet to hear back from Office of Local Government.

Pls add your experience if you have gone through pain yourself as part of support comments. 

Help by sharing this petition as we cannot ignore human factor who sometimes knowingly or unknowingly make decisions which turn into regrets. Settlement period would give time to think through on their decision (one last time). 

Settlement period will also help claiming back pets who were transferred fraudulently by someone. Right now there is no coverage for either scenario.
