Cooling off period to be added as part of pet rehoming

We surely need more signatures to enforce stress on need to bring this change.  Please forward to your contacts, talk to them about how important it is and benefits of cooling off period during. Who would not like pets to come back home. Right now all doors seems closed and no way pet owners can reverse one bad decision. Together we can make this change !!!
