Hosting a function  is important because it gives friends  a positive environment to spend time together, strengthen friendships, and create lasting memories. Teenagers often have limited opportunities to socialize outside of school, and events like this help build communication, trust, and stronger connections between people. Spending time together in a comfortable setting can also reduce stress and improve overall happiness and mental wellbeing. A supervised hangout encourages responsible behavior while allowing everyone to enjoy time with friends in a respectful and meaningful way. Especially since it is summer we don’t have anywhere that we can see eachother.
