For Hamilton, New Zealand 

As someone who likes a good Friday night at a intersection ripping not many locals like the same, there for I have created a petition to create a public skid pad somewhere in Hamilton for everyone’s use. This will stop people skidding on the road doing dangerous activities and getting vehicles impounded, this keeps people safe and leaves the community without stress.

Having a skid pad will deduct police resources using against boy racers, this will create a controlled and legal environment to do burnouts/donuts etc.

This will also encourage the young fullas to keep it on the pad and not the street 

Making it free to use will encourage more people to use it.

Trying to get money out of the car scene to build something like this would not turn out well and will keep using the street.
