Andover police and Andover residents who sit on their hands and do nothing, after I laid out the facts of this assault and battery on me for exercising well-established rights under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and the Massachusetts Civil Rights, are nothing but complicit in this system and the practice of malfeasance.
