There is no good to come in a citizenry that harbors thinly veiled hoodlums. Andover police and Andover residents who sit on their hands and do nothing, after I laid out the facts of this assault and battery on me for exercising rights well-established rights by the First Amendment, and protected under the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution, as well as the Massachusetts Civil Rights, are nothing but complicit in this system and the practice of malfeasance.
