The weather has been amazing. Residents wanting to complete the 18 minute walk from Caddington Woods to Caddington Village along the existing right of way do not have to trek through mud. But Autumn will draw in soon.

There has not been confirmation of a path order (mooted for May) and no sign of construction beginning ‘in the summer’ as promised. 

The upside-down car and closed road this morning is the tip of an iceberg of continuous near-misses on this incredibly dangerous road. How soon before we see a fatality? Google maps and cycle.travel say it’s a route we can take by bike. Reality says otherwise.

I told CBC in person to get on with building the path in April. I warned them about this road. It’s about time somebody listened. Before it’s too late.
