No news on works starting or the objector standing down. But more and more people are noticing the campaign and the momentum we have built.

In the last few weeks we have seen death, chaos and destruction on local roads. The air ambulance has come out twice in as many weeks. And now residents are bracing for a 4 day closure of the only access road between Caddington Woods and Village.

We need the path, we want the path. They promised the path. 

Central Beds Council have recognised this campaign and have invited for the petition to be presented to the full council chamber on 24th April. So our voices will be heard. And they will look at petition numbers again nearer the time. If your local friends and neighbours have not signed yet then now is the time. The path must be competed in 2025! No more excuses, no more delays. There is no valid case against this project. And a community of people who are frustrated, angry and bemused at the lack of progress in what has been a decade long saga. 325 households, over 700 people. A safe 20 minute walk on foot to basic amenities should not be too much to ask? Especially as it has been paid for.
