Tired of Employers thinking they can terminate anyone just because of the At Will Law in place?..I got fired in 2009 after working for this company for 3 years. I have never been written up or had any disciplinary action against me. Yet when I address my concern to upper management I was fired a week later.. I called a lawyer and the lawyers response was "Ct is At Will, an employer can fire you because they just don't like you. You have no case"..Along the years I have seen many families deal with this problem and let go without warning or any disciplinary actions. Just terminated! We have to take our rights back as employees and stop letting employers run rampid doing whatever they want because they can.We are working mothers and fathers..We work to feed ourselves and our family, to live and survive..Certain actions should be met first before being terminated..This is our lives, not a game..Being fired for "no reason" is unjust...Please help get our voice and rights back..Thanks :)
