Cristin Vahey is a dedicated public servant with a rich background in social work and local government. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Government from the University of Notre Dame. Vahey has served as a State Representative for District 133 in the Connecticut State House of Representatives, where she focuses on issues that impact her community. She has also held the position of Selectman on the Fairfield Board of Selectmen and worked as a Social Worker at Casey Family Services. As a committed community leader, she co-founded the Fairfield CARES Community Coalition and served as Deputy Moderator and Minority Leader for the Town Meeting in Fairfield.
