The time has come for the people of Connecticut to rise up and put an end to Ned Lamont's term now. He campaigned on legalizing marijuana and no tolls. As of June 20th, 2019 the legalization of marijuana has been thrown out and Lamont is pushing harder than ever for Tolls. He is no longer doing what is right for CT, and if we let this go on, I fear all of us are in danger of losing our homes and livelihoods.

We need to call for the impeachment of Gov. Ned Lamont and put forth a candidate that will do what is right for us. We need full legalization of marijuana in this state and we need to say NO to tolls. Legalizing marijuana will bring in a hefty sum of MUCH needed revenue which can be used for roadways, state improvements, schools, you name it. Something that can't be ignored is how many jobs legal marijuana will create for this state. Growers, dispensaries, etc. It is a NO BRAINER. Legalization will also remove non-violent marijuana offenders from our prison systems, which will save us money and all of the newly released people will be able to get jobs and pay taxes to help support our state.

While this may not fix our problems over night, I believe this is a much more rational and responsible course of action.
