The Issue

Regardless of partisan affiliation (Democratic, Republican, No Affiliation, and Other),    any Connecticut (CT) anti-corruption activists who can clean  CT bureaucrats   are good for the public.

1. Kleptocracy is  named after the hijackers

As the member of postdoc committee, Fabrice Baudon at University of Connecticut (UConn) hired unqualified women as assistant professors,   went sightseeing around the world with a female student countless times,  and  plagiarized other people's results.   On 2021,  Fabrice Baudoin  was caught by CT Great-Assembly-watchdogs and sent to AG,   in representative of the people of the state   https://chng.it/W67z9h4C       AG William  Tong is   the best Dems politician. Hitherto,  public members were  supporters (fans)  of Dems party .

However,     UConn-Board  destructed Fabrice Baudoin's criminal evidence,  and  falsified various documents (e.g. FOIA logs, FOIA records, Baudoin's website).    If  UConn Board's  steward  was   "Bob Stefanowski  & Jessica Kordas",   Baudoin case should be called "Bob-Kordas-kleptocracy".  If  UConn Board's  steward  was "Ned & William Tong" ,  Baudoin  case should be called  "Ned-Tong-kleptocracy".

Who  appointed UConn Board?      At  CT,   Democratic party has controlled CT house, senator, governor and state secretary for at least 20 years , and has monopolized AG for nearly 70 years.   CT Dems  Gov. Ned's (Dems AG Tong's) UConn Board divides employees into ordinary and privileged ones.

  •  In ordinary employee Ram Gopal's case, Dems-UConn-Board defines Gopal's  supervisor-supervisee trip as romantic or sexual arousal for female, and nearly 1 million fraud.

  • In privileged aristocrat  Fabrice Baudoin's case,   Dems UConn Board (Dan Toscano, Gov. Ned)  manipulated  lawyers group (e.g. OIE , Sarah Chipman)  to help Baudoin to destruct evidence.     Representing Ned-Tong UConn Board ,   Ned-Tong-UConn-lawyer-group  dedicated a hero-worship  (UConn file EP 33 ) to Baudoin,  faked   an identity for Baudoin's travel escort,  and glamorized  Baudoin's women.      Representing Ned-Tong-UConn Board  (Dan Toscano, Radenka Maric),    Ned-Tong-UConn-lawyer-group proudly declared  "it important to entertain guests  (i.e. Fabrice Baudoin)" ,    and  splendidly announced that female student's  sightseeing with Baudoin around the world can "further the reputation of the University and enhance the productivity of the University community" (see page 3 of UConn file EP 33 ).

AG William  Tong is   better than other Dems politician and had better switch a party.  Prosecutors have a duty to stop  teacher-student  romantic relationship.    The anti-sexual-corruption is a main pillar in the edifice of real education.

2.  Due to a few Dems leaders' double standard,   privileged aristocrats strut around  (See Dems journalists' reports)

While most Dems members are good people,   a small fraction of  Dems power-holders have consumed the party, demoralized the public, deprived the workforce of motivation,  concealed gov't  crimes against humanity and blithely,  and let inequality spin out of control.

  • anti-working-class:     The total abuse is classified into three types:  (i) Baudoin and his women  have  salary of 0.6 million each year, which  amounts to nearly 0.2 billion public fund  in 50 years ( computed with compound interest 5.5%).   (ii)  Baudoin's NSF research fund  (  DMS-1901315,  DMS-2247117)  was about 0.1 million annually. Biden's NSF already diverted   at least 0.89 million public fund  (  DMS-1901315,  DMS-2247117)   to Fabrice Baudoin.   (iii) More money  was  wasted on hiring UConn employees (e.g. Sarah Chipman)   to assist Baudoin to delete /fake evidence .

As the member of UConn postdoc committee, Fabrice Baudoin had the authority of recruiting women as UConn assistant professor each year,  when the watchdogs established Baudoin case on 2021.

  • anti-FOI :  Mae Flexer   raises / sponsors anti-FOI law SB1153.  This law imposes an undue burden on the taxpayers and students.  Inflation and tuition  hike occur when universities produce corruption costs,  such as  Baudoin's  undue wage,  Baudoin-women's wages (nepotism) and Baudoin's excessive sightseeing with a female student around the world.

  • anti-their-constituents:   Dems gov't (UConn Board) denied all Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests about Fabrice Baudoin

https://publicrecords.uconn.edu/request-log/page/12/?search=Katie%20Rose

  • anti-open-gov't:     Dems journalist writes about secret laws (e.g. SB 1154 ).

  • anti-free-speech: Despite strong opposition in  public hearing, CT  Dems  leaders  unilaterally passed   Bill  HB06410.  This bill criminalizes dissenters.  Petitions about Baudoin case at various websites have been deleted.

3. Kleptocracy and  mismanagement are systematic risks, repeating again and again (media reports)

CT Dems leaders' merit (legacy) is the watchdogs.   However,

  • anti-tax-payers:    Dems journalist  finds that  CT permanent majority-party  is shrouded in cronyism

https://www.yahoo.com/news/vote-democrats-dont-them-003900825.html

"Democrats, who have long dominated the government and come to do whatever they please, granting all kinds of lucrative goodies, jobs, lavish contracts, even bloated lifetime pensions, to cronies."

  • anti-equality:    the attorneys (Christine Cieplinski ) who fight the corrupt privileged class are purged, while the individuals who whitewash the privileged class are elevated.    UConn-Board categorizes employees   into  privileged aristocrats (e.g. Fabrice Baudoin) and ordinary employees.  Ordinary employees,   who are accused  of committing crimes, receive harsh penalties,  while  the privileged aristocrats (e.g. the subject)   are insulated   from the consequences of violating law.

  • anti-victims Biden's DOJ and DOE refused to investigate UConn.   A dozens media outlets ( nbcconnecticut, wtnh, wfsb, etc)  have condemned CT Dems UConn Board for whitewashing predators.  For one example,   Cieplinski  exposes UConn double standard, see google   search result of "UConn sexual  yankee".     For another example,   see google search results of "UConn rape petition."  According to a newspaper, Daily Campus, "only 3.75% was investigated. All were found not guilty".

  • anti-peace:  billions on Ukraine war.

  • anti-responsibility:   type "Biden national debt" in google.

  • high crime rate :   impunity  is the vehicle that ensures the continuity of the crimes. Below is Dems journalists' wish

Democracy’s goal is to have a plural and tolerant society.  For this to happen successfully, citizens should be able to criticize those who are in power.  The right to petition   is defended under the First Amendment of the Constitution,    and brings about the exchange of ideas and opinions.

Newspaper  (Courant ) writes   that in April-2023-vote,  " two Democrats breaking with their party and voting against "  impunity in another similar case.    These are brave and honest Dems.       Only more CT Dems stop  gov't from shifting corruption cost to the students and  taxpayers,   will the nation begin its ascension to true democracy.

The public may write a letter to Fabrice-Baudoin-related academic editors as follows:    https://chng.it/J9LHm6ZF
