One Creek West is pleased to announce that an application for Harris County Precinct 4 "Places 4 People" funding for design of this project will be made by the Houston Parks Board.  MUD 346 has provided the $48,000 local match funding for the $120,000 design.  The results of the application will be announced in October.  The timeline attached is very conservative.  We expect the ILA period can be shortened sufficiently to allow a 2026 P4P funding application for the construction of the project.  

As a reminder, Segment 2 is the portion from Barker Cypress at South Park View to Saums Road at West Park View.  Segment 1, crossing over the dam along Barker Cypress, is being funded by TxDOT's Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) and is scheduled for construction in late 2025.
