In order to bring about much needed change in how crimes of sexual nature against the mentally disabled are handles, I'm counting on flooding this petition with support so I can take it to our law makers. Individuals with an intellectual age equal to that of a child need our help. Crimes against these vulnerable people are heinous and need to be punished harshly.
