As you can see in the image above, the VA ghoulishly writes in its proposal – the very same one McDonough just funded (see below) – that it specifically chose the Stokes 7 kittens because of how PLAYFUL they are!
The VA always shops for the most playful lab specimens it can find.
And, as you will read below, the VA always shops for kittens during the summer months… RIGHT NOW!
