BREAKING INVESTIGATION: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is TOTALLY out of control. It isn’t content with just making corporations kill dogs to get new pharmaceuticals approved. FDA’s dog testing requirement is incredibly cruel AND a massive waste of taxpayer dollars.
