the Federal Constitution drafted by the ConCom tackles and dismantles the core problem of overcentralization of power in the hands of the central government and the elites. it addresses the century old problem of elite politics as personified by political dynasties, oligarchic economy as personified by monopolies, and regulatory capture as personified by the massive govt bureacracy. Federalism is not about delegation of power. it is the distribution of power between the people and the governments, both at the federal and regional level, to attain a just, humane, united and indissoluble society.
