From Business Insider..... a youtube video interviewing many T1 diabetics and explaining about how pharmaceutical companies can charge whatever price they want because there is no regulation in this industry.  Utilities are regulated, food prices are regulated, but pharmaceuticals, some of which save your life just like food and heat for your house, are not regulated.  Big pharma is controlling Washington.  It's time to reach out to your senators and congressmen and women and tell them they have The Power of the Pen to write laws that regulate this industry so prices are controlled and they can't price gouge people anymore.  Whatever laws are on the books, they're old and outdated and need to be updated and they all need to be held accountable.  We vote them in, but I think they've forgotten who pays their paycheck.
