Victory Declared!

We are delighted to announce that our petition for justice and accountability regarding the pervasive issue of sexual harassment and abuse at the Faculty of Medicine, Eduardo Mondlane University in Mozambique has achieved success. 

Thanks to the overwhelming support and signatures garnered from concerned individuals worldwide, the University has committed to conducting thorough investigations into all allegations of sexual misconduct and abuse. Perpetrators will face appropriate punitive measures, signaling a firm stance against such reprehensible behavior.

By signing this petition, each  (250) supporters has played a crucial role in bringing about positive change and creating a safer learning environment for all. Your collective voice has sent a powerful message that sexual harassment and abuse will not be tolerated in any educational setting.

Anunciamos que nossa petição pela justiça e responsabilidade em relação ao problema generalizado de assédio sexual e abuso na Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade Eduardo Mondlane, em Moçambique, obteve sucesso.

Graças ao apoio esmagador e às assinaturas obtidas de pessoas preocupadas em todo o mundo, a UEM  comprometeu-se a conduzir investigações minuciosas em todas as alegações de má conduta sexual e abuso. Os perpetradores enfrentarão medidas punitivas apropriadas, sinalizando uma posição firme contra esse comportamento repreensível.

Ao assinar esta petição, cada um dos 250 apoiadores desempenhou um papel crucial na promoção de mudanças positivas e na criação de um ambiente de aprendizagem mais seguro para todos. Sua voz coletiva enviou uma mensagem poderosa de que o assédio sexual e o abuso não serão tolerados em nenhum ambiente educacional.
