CONCERNS EVERYONE! PETITION Global Nuclear Safety Appeal to the leaders of nuclear powers:

We, the people of the planet, representatives of different countries and peoples, are extremely concerned about the growing risk of a global nuclear catastrophe in recent years. There are only 85 seconds left on the Doomsday Clock. Military action breeds hatred and future new "Bin Ladens." Artificial intelligence is rapidly bursting into our world. A brilliant, insane terrorist, armed with artificial intelligence, could bypass any defense. Two global radiation accidents (Chernobyl in 1986 and Fukushima in 2011) have shown that there is no guaranteed protection against a chain of accidents. History records eight instances in which the world nearly fell into a nuclear abyss. In the context of an acute global political crisis, another incident could lead to the outbreak of a world war that would destroy all of humanity. Neither money nor power will save anyone.
Recognizing the mortal danger of what is happening, three countries—China, India, and Pakistan—keep nuclear warheads separate from their delivery vehicles. In the remaining countries, most nuclear weapons are in instant-use mode.
It is proposed to immediately hold a personal meeting of the leaders of all countries officially possessing nuclear weapons—Russia, the United States, China, France, Great Britain, India, Pakistan, and North Korea—and establish a Supreme Council for World Nuclear Security.
Under the Council's leadership:
1. Develop a program of joint action to resolve the global political crisis, which poses a mortal threat to all humanity;
2. Develop and implement uniform rules for the storage of nuclear weapons and delivery systems that completely eliminate the possibility of their use as a result of a chain of accidents or a terrorist attack, while maintaining the deterrent role of nuclear weapons.
3. Develop and conclude a "Treaty on Eliminating the Danger of Accidental Nuclear Conflict."
Meetings of leaders should become regular and open to the public. The negotiations should result in specific decisions aimed at building a just, secure, multipolar world.
Our goal is a safe world for the sake of life, for the sake of our children and grandchildren!
