Good to hear the word 'Compassion' being branded by politicians. The details in the budget announced on the 17th November 2022 have atleast steadied the ship alittle. As the cold weather sets in, the bills are going to bite harder. Some big Supermarkets have started initiatives to help the vulnerable get through the cost of living crisis, but these are weak gestures, need alot more from them. It was the public that made super markets into 'giants', so helping the public in their hour of need should be the most natural response to their plight. The high street banks and the energy suppliers can do alot to help out, by contributing to a 'Compassion Fund'. I hope good sense prevails and compassion is awaken in people to help the vulnerable in any which way they can., especially during this festive season. Let us help bring Christmas cheer to homes where otherwise there will be none due to fear of high costs. Keep spreading my message, really appreciate it. Thank-you.
