We’re now in April, school is almost out, and still nothing has been done at 15th & Ash.

Meanwhile, other pedestrian projects in town have already been completed—even though this intersection has been a known safety issue long before those areas were ever built.

That doesn’t sit right.

I’ve stayed patient because we were told something would be done. But at this point, it’s clear there’s been zero movement, and that’s not acceptable when kids are crossing here every day.

I’ve sent another email and included city officials, school leadership, and local media—because this deserves attention.

This isn’t just frustrating—it’s a safety issue.
