The Sander's Family have a conflict with their subdivision and  Home Owners association (Prairie Creek Ridge) The home owners association wants  their  play set and trees removed within the week. This is taking place in Oconomowoc, WI.The family would like to keep the playground as it represents "hope" for their sick daughter, Ashlin.  Ashlin had an E. Coli infection that led to Kidney failure, three years ago. Ashlin had a Kidney transplant on Father's day, she should be returning home soon.

The Sanders own two lots. Their home is on one and the playground and trees are on the other. The Family was given permission to build this by the former Home Owners Association president. The current Home owners association stated they want this removed to obtain and maintain harmony in appearance.
