I am not aware of any pending action to be taken at tonight's Council meeting regarding the issue of the affordable housing litigation or low income housing project proposed for 200 Hartford Road. However, given the lack of transparency in the past by the Council on this issue, it is wise to attend the meeting to be sure that is the case. Because we have retained an attorney to intervene in the pending lawsuit between the Township and the Fair Share Housing Center, Inc. (as well as other developers) I will most likely not be asking questions of the Council on this issue since I was told at the last Council meeting by one of the Council members that he did not want to answer any more questions from me.
