The Phoenix Academy in Dawley has roots going back to the previous Pheonix school and the name stretches back for around 50 years. Now there are reports that it will be renamed to Telford Langley School in September. 

We are calling on the new board taking over the Academy, the Community Academy Trust, to keep the name as it is.
