Dear commissioner R L Swaeringen, 

We the people signed within this petition respectfully request that you investigate the assault of a 14 year old female child, by two police officers  from Coral Springs Police Department.  This assault was videoed and has been circulated on social media. We the assigned people demand an investigation into the brutal use of force enacted towards this child who also happens to be a child who is African American. We demand you review your police forces use of violence towards children.
