Recently the Premier of Ontario, Doug Ford, promised to ban the use of speed cameras as a traffic calming measure in Ontario. In making that announcement, he made the following claim,

"I will stand in an area where you want to calm the traffic, and I'll show you how to calm the traffic instantly."

The intent of this petition is to take Doug Ford up on that claim. If you are a concerned citizen of Ontario and you have an area that you would like to see Doug Ford "instantly" calm traffic in, please sign your name.

Also, feel free to leave a comment listing the area(s) you have in mind.

For example, I would very much like Doug Ford to tell us how we can "instantly" calm traffic on Longwoods Road in London. (That's the road Dante Caranci died on last Christmas season.)
