Newsmax and One America Network consistently spread false news and inflammatory commentary based on disproven conspiracy theories and outright lies.  They are equally responsible for fomenting the insurrection at the Capitol in Washington, D.C., by denying the fact that Biden won a free and fair election.  These two channels use their platform to amplify Donald Trump's lies and every fringe conspiracy theory of the far right.  This goes beyond freedom of speech.  As we just saw in Washington, it is the equivalent of shouting fire in a crowded theater.  We must move beyond the Trump error, and with these two stations amplifying disproven conspiracy theories they will only serve to weaken our democracy an spread white supremicist and antidemcratic falsehoods.
