In June 2019 a 19 year old black autistic teenager who lives in Northeast Pennsylvania, was arrested for alleged assault, brought into custody and yet never seen again. He was found dead in his jail cell in Columbia County after police violated policy and kept him restrained to a chair alone for more than 20 hours without food water or access to anyone. They also made fun of his mental condition and showed nothing but complete negligence. We demand a full investigation, justice, and accountability from the officers.
