The excerpt above from the bond prospectus says I voted to authorize $4.9 billion in debt on me and my neighbors.  I didn't and didn't even know this existed.  I didn't know that the developer and 7 of his relatives and employees sat around a table eating pizza and "voted" to impose $4.9 billion in authorized debt on me.   And voted to take away my right to vote on tax and bond debt.    That is part of my story.
