The legislature has postponed the vote on industry bill SB23-110 legalizing unethical developer debt in metro districts.  Still time to contact legislators.

This screen shot shows an example of developer held debt 34 years later.  $70 million principal is now plus $253 million interest because residents can't even pay the interest.  So they are paying 7.99% interest on the outstanding interest.
