Hi Vanessa, thanks for getting in touch. We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with our Little Shop promotion. Last year, Australians fell in love with Little Shop minis and had so much fun collecting, swapping and sharing with their friends, families and communities. We had so many requests to bring it back and customers told us they loved to collect and keep their minis. The campaign only runs for a limited time and customers are able to recycle the wrappers at their nearest Coles through our in-store RedCycle program. For Coles online deliveries, mini collectable packaging can be returned to the driver, and recycled through our RedCycle program. As part of our commitment to better environmental outcomes, RedCycle offers customers a chance to recycle soft plastics in provided bins at your nearest Coles store. This is one of the the largest retailer-operated recycling program of its type in Australia. Through the RedCycle program, the recycled soft plastic material is repurposed into outdoor furniture for pre-schools and primary schools.

We need to let let them know that redcycling is not the option we want - it is not the answer to our plastic problem.
