Throughout her tenure as a County Supervisor, Peggy Judd has shown lack of leadership,  from appointing Pat Call to the Justice of the Peace position to "Logo-gate." Most recently she has been a part of the "Big Lie," spreading conspiracy and misinformation about the 2020 Election.  Judd was one of the Arizona elected officials that spread misinformation about the 2020 Election despite her role overseeing the Elections process in Cochise County.  Despite ample evidence to the contrary, she continues to make false claims about the events of January 6, 2021 and the attack on the Capitol. Positions of leadership should not be taken lightly and those that peddle in conspiracy are unfit for public office.

To many members of the small community in Cochise County it is plain that Peggy Judd is engaging in irresponsible leadership.  She is eroding the faith in the very systems she should be upholding and she is eroding public discourse by presenting lies as facts.  Because of this it is our demand that Peggy Judd resign from the Board of Supervisors due to a loss of trust from the citizens of Cochise County.
