Kerala Forest Department must save this heavily chained limping elephant from torture and neglect as early as possible. Name of this elephant is punnakkattil gangadharan and the place is near amballur in trichur district. Mr Chief Minister of Kerala must put the efforts to release this captive elephant who is suffering and chained.
