Bargarh, A district from western part of Odisha is well known as the "Rice Bowl" of the state contributing more that 30% of the paddy. with the good name there is also a black tag attached to the name of this district. It is well known as one of the highest cancer effected area in the country.

A cancer hospital has been a long standing demand by the people of Bargarh as well as whole Western Odisha and what they all got are rosy promises during the elections.

Our hon'ble chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik had contested and won election from  Bijepur, one of the constituencies in Bargarh in 2019. Now how justified it is for the area to suffer more everyday being Chief Minister's constituency !

We urge to the Ministry of Health, Odisha  and Hon'ble Chief Minister to take an urgent step and save Bargarh. and Western Odisha by establishing a dedicated Cancer Hospital.
