I want to share an important clarification: SB 749 has already passed the California State Senate. Senator Ben Allen authored the bill, and he has been a strong advocate for mobile home park residents across the state.

This bill is now moving forward through the legislative process and still needs strong public support — especially as it faces pushback from lobbyists for park owners. The more voices we have behind it, the better our chances of protecting affordable housing and ensuring seniors and displaced residents like us can return to our communities.
