We shared the fantastic news, the development proposed at 8 Albert Embankment is called in for a public inquiry.

The proposals, which include towers of 24 and 26 storeys, cause extensive damage to the daylight of many homes, much needed green spaces, children’s play spaces and heritage at the heart of London which belongs to us all.

Lambeth Village along with Waterloo Community Development Group, the Garden Museum and Beaconsfield Gallery will be opposing the development at the public inquiry with expert evidence.  To do this we  urgently need to raise at least £20,000.
