Hello Save Our Sunlight supporters!

We have been blown away by the level of momentum behind the campaign! In less than 2 weeks, nearly 1,300 of you have added your names to the petition and it keeps growing! Lambeth Council will not be able to ignore this clear demonstration of community opposition to the 8 Albert Embankment towers!

But we don't want to get too confident just yet - and there are more steps we can all take to make sure this development never sees the light of day!

1) Make an objection to the U+I planning application on the Lambeth Council Planning Portal. It doesn't have to be detailed, but even just saying why you've signed the petition, particularly if you live nearby, makes a big difference when it comes to decision time. https://bit.ly/2XA2I0O

2) Send the petition to one (or two? or three?) others that you know might be affected or have opinions on the development. If each of us got 1 more person to sign, we'd double our numbers instantly, so think of who you might send it along to and share the link! http://chng.it/nBgGFFCnsc

3) Stay tuned for updates about a supporters' meeting in September, before the decision making meeting at the Lambeth Council Planning Committee. We're just starting to make plans for a meeting to get as many of us together, in person, as possible, before Lambeth makes the call on the towers. We want to decide together on the final push to get this development thrown out.
