A tragedy took place it was an accident I never had any intent to ever harm any one. I am not a danger to society. I have a broken heart that a family has suffered such a loss. I do have an illness that causes unbearable pain and chronic fatigue at times. There was no malice or intent to harm anyone. I am very sorry. However I am petitioning the Clinton County Common Pleas Court of Oh , Honorable Judge J. Rudduck for a modification of sentence from (6) six months to (60) sixty days or less. I will be more of a help to society out then the tax payers having to support me being incarcerated. Thank You, and God Bless
