We are residents of the Town of Hempstead, and we are asking that Donald Clavin be removed from the ballot for Nassau County judge.

Donald Clavin, after he resigned his position as supervisor for the Town of Hempstead, was given a 'no-show' job with a salary of $179,375.00. This affects each of us who lives here, as our tax dollars are meant to support local services and initiatives that improve our community, not pay people who do no work. This is fraud and waste.

Clavin is currently on the ballot as a candidate for Nassau County judge.  We ask that he be removed from the ballot, because his fraudulent conduct is inconsistent with holding a position of trust.  We are standing up for fairness, transparency, and justice in our Town of Hempstead community. We demand accountability and justice!
