The Issue

We the people should be the first to be aware of an officers misconduct. No longer should the "code of silence" be accepted.

With wide spread repots of bias policing and the conduct of some who would call themselves peace officers in their personal lives make every complaint on a peace officer relevant. With insufficient sample size of information due to lack of reporting We don't have a real idea of the issues going on with the ones entrusted to protect us.

It's time the people who are being policed have the ability to know the issues that deal with misconduct and allegations of that nature are being properly handled.

Sadly the inmates run the prison. Most disciplinary actions rarely have the information of the investigation made public knowledge while the offender serves a minor suspension.

The Men and Women who serve with integrity and honor do not deserve to be responsible, and the fear of retaliation make this a difficult situation to address. So much like a secrete shopping in a retail store, you should be grading may you customer experience. An Officer of the law is the Highest Valued Service Worker in the United States of America.

We expect this at McDonalds and target, why are we allowing it to corrupt our police?
