Every year (in the fall and spring) the pathway children and some parents take to go to schools from Chestnut Bay to JR Walkof and Emerado Schools, floods or melts then becomes icy when temperatures drop then slushes up and melts when temps rise. This cycle repeats for weeks until the weather stays consistently below -5celsius or above 5celsius. There is also a lot of pooling after heavy rainfalls.

This problem needs to be addressed and a solution needs to be made. Either build it up or install a bridge, etc. 

I personally a child that will be going through this icy and/or slush for another 3 years and I believe we shouldn't have to make them take this hazardous trail every day for 3-4 months of the year.
