As of yesterday, the police department sent the case to the DA. I know at least one witness was trying to issue their statement to the police, but didn’t get a call back until the investigation was over. I’m not sure if any others experienced the same situation, but if so I’d recommend directly contacting the DA. 

We aren’t going to drop this issue, but we do not think our local authorities are going to provide any justice for any protestors involved in this incident. We are pursuing other avenues.
