Warren has been literally 'drumming his way through life' for 20+ years in downtown Schenectady, NY.

Supported by local restaurants, residents of less than 2 years in the neighborhood have recently threatened legal action against Warren for playing his conga.

You'll find Warren playing in several parts of the city, warmly greeting people, some of which support him financially. Regardless of compensation - travelers are always greeted kindly, and never ever criticized or imposed upon.

He's been the subject of favorable newspaper articles (https://dailygazette.com/2015/07/15/0715_bongo/ and a frequent witness to the goings-on in downtown Schenectady, being not only an addition to the culture of downtown Schenectady, but it's safety.

An adjacent landlord has threatened legal action, with threats to falsify evidence to serve in his defense against supporting establishments. His tenant, suspected to be the primary objector, routinely illegally surveys the property, often illegally blasting music and lights to annoy Warren and guests of supporting establishments.

Simply put, it appears that a privileged white landlord and his tenant seek to destroy the livelihood of a pre-existing honest black man who subsists upon the kindness of travelers and has put his kids through college - by kindly playing his drum and enriching the neighborhood.
